Question: How much does Judaica charge for shipping?

Answer:  Registered Mail from the Post Office: Delivery within 10-15 business days: 9.9$ for order up to 100$

Free Worldwide shipping for all orders over 100$.

Express mail from the Post Office: Delivery within 4-7 business days:19.9$

Express mail shipping includes tracking number.

Question: Can I Pay By Check

Answer: We do accept checks in U.S. dollars as payment for all orders above 100 $. You can send us the check. Be aware that paying by check will slow down your order, as we do not ship the items to you until the check has received and your funds are clear.

Question: Can I Pay by Credit Card?

Answer: We accept all credit cards besides Diners.

 Question: Can I Pay by Paypal?

Answer: Yes, you should select "Pay pal" option on the payment page of the order form

Question: Is Judaica Secure?

Judaica 7 is committed to the protection of the personally identifiable information that you share with us. Question: How long will it take to get what I ordered?

Answer: When you place an order you will see both shipping and delivery time estimates in the order confirmation based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Registered Mail from the Post Office: Delivery within 7-14 business days
Express mail from the Post Office: Delivery within 3-5 business days. 

Question: How Do I Cancel an Order?

Answer: Orders made at Judaica can be cancelled unless they have been sent. After the order is made, an order confirmation is e-mailed to the customer. When the package is sent to the customer package delivery message is e-mailed. You may cancel an order up until the time you receive that message, beyond that time, no cancellations will be accepted.

If I wish to get a product from Israel that is not in your website?

Answer: As part as our seeking to respond to consumer wishes and building our customer satisfaction we will do our best to get for you any item you wish to get, simply contact us and we will response with an answer.

Returns and Refunds Information

Question: Can I return Gifts?

Answer: If, for any reason, you are not completely thrilled with the quality of the product and you wish to return your order, you can do it (except custom order) for refund or exchange within 30 days from the date received. No questions asked!

Question: How do I return products?

Answer: We certainly hope you will never need to return a product, but in the unlikely event that you do, please follow our return policy: Please contact us for a return product authorization, Remember to Package all your items securely so it is one unified package ready for delievry. Once the returned item is received, we will refund your money or credit your account (less shipping cost), within 3 to 10 days of receipt of the item.

Question: Can I join the affiliate program if I do not have a website?

Answer: If you don't have a website you can still join our affiliate program. An individual or organization can place a textual link or a banner in an e-mail or website. This is particularly good for Synagogues, organizations or groups that send out newsletters or e-mails to a mailing list.
